Jose Miguel Ribeiro

Portuguese Animator born in Amadora, in 1966. Graduate in Escuela superior de Bellas Artes de Lisboa, The start his career as an illustrator in 1990 . He studied film animation Lazennec-Bretagne in Rennes, and in "El filmografo" at Oporto in 1993/94. He made several short films, most notably "El Huevo" or "El Banquete de la Reina". In 1999, did "The Suspicion," with which film received the award Carton d'Or 2000. In the recent past has done a TV series for children entitled "Las cosas de la Casa" as well as the short film "Abraço do vento."   At present, Jose Miguel makes a new film "O passeio de domingo".

The department of Ars Animation Group that represents artists all over the world. Our main group is divided in three departments that attend different specified needs of the animation cinema: a school, a studio and a commercial representation of professionals.

One of Ars Agents goals is provide the knowledge and the experience of worldwide known professionals to production companies, studios and specialized education centers as tailor-maid courses, which attend the necessities of each company exclusively.
